## **OUR POLICY**

_This policy applies to shipments to customers in the United States._

When your shipping confirmation is received, it will include your order’s shipment tracking link. Please use the unique link sent to you to track your package's shipping time or [click here](https://www.roots.com/us/en/login).

Roots.com currently ships to the entire United States, APO/FPO and the following U.S. territories: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Standard shipping charges apply to all territories. Please allow for more shipping time to these states: California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming and Montana.

Express delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes, Rural Route addresses or locations in Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO address or any U.S. territory addresses.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.

Regardless of the number of shipments you receive, you'll only be charged the amount that was originally provided when you placed your order.
